So, I decided to start my blog over since it was boring like hell. Even I got bored rereading it. Funny. BUT!
All that is irrelevant.
The thing made me to start it over my blog of my wonderful thoughts is that I read an article the other day and I just couldn't get past a comment on it.
The article was about a German cosplayer making a Borderlands-style jeans. Anf there was a guy's comment saying that "sometimes cosplayers can be creative".
Tell me how cosplayers can be creative only just sometimes. Cosplaying is not a hobby you can just do out of the blue. (Of course you can buy it, too, but that is like meh. Don't misunderstand me, I don't look down on people who do that, they probably think they don't have what it takes to make a cosplay or they just started this whole cosplay thing. I don't know.) It takes a lot of creativity and skill to acomplish a full costume. You usually have to make everything from scratch, you have to find out from what material, what technique to use, how to keep it together. And it requires even more creativity when you have money limitations. And tha's when you have to alter your old clothes, use anything "from the trash". (I use toilet paper rolls for my sniper.). So yeah. SOMETIMES we can get creative...
